Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers while ensuring adherence to food safety practices. Duties Do prep work and cook according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, maintaining proper food storage and handling. Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and cutting tools, with proficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Take orders from customer and give orders to customers efficiently. Additional duties as required Skills Strong experience in meal preparation and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting. Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and customers.
