The Role We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary wonderland. As a Line Cook, you will be the engine of our kitchen, turning fresh ingredients into whimsical, delicious masterpieces. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure every plate that leaves the pass looks spectacular and tastes even better. What You'll Do Master the
Line:
Prep and cook menu items to order, adhering to our specific recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Work the
Stations:
Manage your assigned station (grill, saute, prep, or expo) with speed, efficiency, and a cool head during peak rush hours. Keep it
Spick & Span:
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation. Follow all food safety and health department regulations (no tea party chaos here!). Prep Like a
Pro:
Assist with daily prep work, stocking stations, and ensuring ingredients are fresh and ready to go.
Collaborate:
Communicate effectively with the front-of-house crew and fellow kitchen staff to keep ticket times low and quality high. What You Bring to the
Table Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Skills:
Solid knife skills, a strong understanding of cooking techniques, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Attitude:
A positive, team-oriented mindset. You take pride in your work and bring good energy to the kitchen.
Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle a hot kitchen environment.
