Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly following established recipes and safety standards in the food industry Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, ovens, fryers, and food processors safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including surfaces, utensils, and cooking equipment Serve customers at the cash register with enthusiasm, accurately handling transactions and providing menu information Support menu planning by preparing ingredients ahead of time and ensuring proper portioning for meals Follow food handling procedures to ensure food safety management and compliance with health regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation, timing, and special dietary needs such as dietary aide requirements or catering requests Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or culinary roles is highly preferred Strong knife skills with slicing techniques to prepare ingredients efficiently and safely Familiarity with food safety standards in production environments and safe food handling practices Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail during meal preparation and serving processes Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Experience operating kitchen equipment such as slicers, ovens, fryers, or food processors is desirable Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering quality meals with exceptional service!
