Strong Line Cook / Kitchen Leader We're growing — and we need a rock-solid cook who can lead, organize, and own their kitchen. The Omelette Factory is a fast-paced breakfast spot with two floors and two kitchens, and we're looking for a strong, experienced cook to run one of the kitchens alongside our established other kitchen lead. ⸻

Pay:

$22-$24/hour (based on experience) ⸻

Who You Are:

You've worked in kitchens and know how to handle the rush without falling apart You can lead a small team, not just cook on a line You're organized, clean, and stay ahead instead of reacting You take pride in consistency, timing, and quality You show up, step up, and don't need to be micromanaged ⸻

What You'll Do:

Run and lead one of our kitchens (downstairs) Coordinate tickets, timing, and flow during busy breakfast service Support and direct team members when needed Keep your station and kitchen clean, stocked, and efficient Work closely with ownership and the upstairs kitchen to keep everything smooth ⸻

Schedule:

Morning shifts (breakfast/lunch) Typical hours: 6:30 AM- 200PM Weekend availability is a must ⸻
