The ideal candidate will have an even temperament, get along with others, and enjoy cooking. Bonus if you like bagels and eggs. Duties Prepare and cook bagel sandwiches according to recipes and presentation standards. Prep items as needed. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation during service times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is required. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to accommodate special requests. Experience with a flattop griddle, especially cooking eggs and/or sandwiches Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
