Job Description
November 14-30, 2026 The Assistant Cook will support the Lead Cook and ensure smooth meal service.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with meal preparation Set tables for all meals Perform dishwashing and maintain kitchen cleanliness after service Prepare appetizer platters and hors d'oeuvres before dinner serviceREQUIREMENTS
Culinary knowledge or hospitality experience; attention to detail; reliability; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.ACCOMMODATIONS
-Free-standing cook's cabin with two twin beds, heating/air conditioning, television, and private bathroom with shower. All meals provided during the season. Option to depart for Thanksgiving (Tuesday, November 24 at noon) and return Friday, November 27 for lunch service.Negotiable:
