Job Description
Year-round cook positions available. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Food Preparation & Cooking:
Weighing, measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to standardized recipes. Cooking food through techniques like grilling, baking, frying, and steaming.Presentation & Quality:
Arranging and garnishing dishes for an appealing presentation. Ensuring the quality, taste, and temperature of all food items meet established standards.Sanitation & Safety:
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes. Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene guidelines for food handling and storage.Inventory & Supplies:
Monitoring food inventory, ordering new ingredients and supplies as needed, and checking for the freshness of food items.Teamwork:
Collaborating with other kitchen staff, including chefs, sous chefs, and other cooks, to ensure smooth operation and timely meal delivery.Problem-Solving:
Addressing any equipment issues and resolving customer order problems as they arise.Job Types:
