Typical shift is 11am to 7:30pm Great benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision after 60 days 403B match with up to 4% match Competitive wages Flexible scheduling Tuition reimbursement Free meals and coffee Some job duties include: Serve meals to residents, guests, clubs and outside organizations in dining rooms utilizing strong customer service skills. Prepare menu items utilizing recipes, and production sheets. Supervise meal service and ensure proper amounts of food are distributed. Obtain, monitor and record temperatures of hot and cold foods. Report foods that are not in proper range to manager or discard if necessary. Practice safe food handling at all times. Record food usage. Wash dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and utensils using approved methods. Obtain, monitor and collect required information for dish machine, 3 compartment sink, freezer and coolers.
