We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who can help keep our kitchen prepared, organized, clean, and ready for service. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for daily service, including cutting, portioning, marinating, and other food prep Follow recipes, portion standards, and food-safety procedures Stock and restock stations throughout the shift Keep prep areas, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and other equipment as needed Properly label, date, store, and rotate food Take out trash and assist with general cleaning Assist during busy service periods as needed Complete opening, midday, and closing tasks as required Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Positive attitude and team-oriented Able to follow instructions and maintain consistent food quality Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety Ability to stand for extended periods and perform typical restaurant duties Restaurant experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Pay & Perks Starting at $16/hour Flexible scheduling Free meal during your shift Full-time and part-time positions available Opportunities to learn and grow with the team About Scoville Hot Chicken Scoville Hot Chicken specializes in Nashville-style hot chicken with different heat levels and bold flavors.
