Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working grill, pantry and sautee, excellent knife skills, and experience in various food service environments. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen setting, contributing to the creation of high-quality dishes and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Prior experience in fine dining, catering, or the food industry is highly valued, along with a strong commitment to food safety and kitchen cleanliness. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning and daily meal preparation Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment Support food presentation to meet quality standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Handle food with care, adhering to proper hygiene practices Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles such as dietary aide or restaurant staff Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Experience with menu planning and fine dining presentation is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Kitchen experience within the food industry or catering services preferred Culinary experience that demonstrates versatility across various cuisines is desirable This position offers an engaging environment for culinary professionals eager to develop their skills further while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
