POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Line Cook who will bring the heat in the kitchen and help serve up delicious food that keeps our guests coming back for more! You'll prep, cook, and plate menu items with speed, consistency, and make sure that every dish meets Skyline's high standards and adds to the fun experience. Need more convincing? H8 RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare quality food products for guests Portion preset food amounts for future use Operate kitchen equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards/regulations as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws/ordinances Perform any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned Proactive and highly organized

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience preferred but not required Good communication skills Ability to work with a team Experience working in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass a mandatory background check Weekend availability

COMPENSATION

$18-$24/hour Team Member discounts One free meal per shift Free bowling, duckpin, arcade play, and axe throwing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours Must be comfortable in an occasionally loud atmosphere Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, slicers, mixers, etc.) Capable of moving quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality under time pressure
