Duties Prepare and cook a variety of Asian-inspired dishes with precision and consistency, following established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including food prep areas, utensils, and equipment Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and safety regulations Support food preparation activities such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal assembly and ensure quality control throughout the cooking process Contribute to catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of menu items while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or culinary environment Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques specific to Asian cuisine Background in fine dining or high-volume food industry settings preferred Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations is highly desirable Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents while working in a lively kitchen environment dedicated to authentic Asian flavors.
