Pay:

What We're Looking For Previous experience in a Hilton brand, hotel, restaurant, or professional kitchen is preferred, but we're willing to train the right food-service professional . Strong culinary skills and a passion for preparing quality food. Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency and culinary excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a TEAM. Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
