What You'll Do As a Cook, you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, preparing delicious food with care, speed, and attention to quality.

• Prepare menu favorites, including entrees, appetizers, and signature dishes.
• Follow Leeann Chin recipes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
• Prep, portion, and stock ingredients so your station is ready for the rush.
• Take pride in food quality and make sure every dish is guest-ready.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe by following food safety procedures.
• Work with your team to keep service smooth during busy shifts.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stay active during the shift.
• Comfortable preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, and other menu ingredients.
• Committed to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe.
• Experienced in cooking or food service is a plus, but not required.
