Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and presentation standardsOperate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectivelyEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulationsManage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report supply needsPlate and present dishes to meet quality and aesthetic standardsCollaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operationsMaintain a clean and organized work stationFollow portion control guidelines and minimize food wasteRespond to special dietary requests and modificationsAssist with menu development and food preparation planning as neededQualificationsRequired Qualifications:
