Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook and bring your passion for food to life! In this energetic role, you will be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients, executing recipes with precision, and ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and safety. Your culinary skills will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry expertise and grow within a vibrant culinary setting. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, slicers, and food processors Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage procedures Assist with meal preparation for service, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes Support menu planning efforts by suggesting ingredient substitutions or modifications as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operation during busy periods Follow food safety management protocols to uphold safety standards in production and food handling practices Experience Previous experience in a food service environment, such as restaurant or catering settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills with slicing techniques and attention to detail in food preparation Knowledge of food safety standards in production and handling, including proper cleaning routines Ability to adhere strictly to recipes and meal preparation guidelines Experience operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment Join us and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
