We are seeking a dietary cook for our Marymount Manor Long Term Care facility located in

Eureka, MO Dietary Cook Summary:

Prepare meals for residents at meal times Full Time 12-8:30pm Mon-Fri (every other weekend rotation)

Dietary Cook Qualifications:

Prior kitchen/cooking experience preferred ServeSafe certification preferred High School diploma or GED is preferred

Dietary Cook Responsibilities:

Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items Work with health care staff to ensure appropriate nutrition for each resident. Help maintain accurate food inventories Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures Rotate stock items as per established procedures Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift Able to read and follow standardized recipes Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere Other responsibilities may be assigned.
