Duties (Mainly) Preparing and Cooking Food & Special Snacks Work as a Team in assisting Dining Staff in the serving of meals to residents, ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are met. Assist in Sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas according to food safety regulations. Stocking supplies and organizing food items. Communicate effectively with residents regarding meal options and assist them as needed during mealtime. Experience Previous experience as a Cook Required. Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation procedures is highly beneficial. Experience working in a nursing home or assisted living facility is a plus. Strong time management skills are essential for efficiently handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A genuine desire to help others and contribute positively to the well-being of residents.
