+ Weekly Growler Fill We are a local family owned and operated brewery and restaurant based in Bozeman Montana. Our kitchen is mostly made from scratch. We also have an open concept kitchen, so the kitchen team gets to watch our guests dine will tossing pizzas and working on the line. Our team is small and both FOH and BOH have a very positive relationship. We are looking for someone to join our team that is hard working, efficient, strong cooking skills, is kind, and has excellent communication. Must be available Thursday and Saturday. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas in our 100% wood fired oven following our established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various menu items Work on the line and communicate with the pizza station lead Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, prep stations, and food production tools Follow proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination during meal preparation Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods while upholding high standards of quality and customer satisfaction Cultivate a culture of mutual respect and a fun, engaging, work environment Must be available weekends and holidays Experience Prior kitchen experience preferred Proven culinary experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, especially with fine dining or high-volume production environments Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Excellent knife skills with the ability to prepare ingredients efficiently and precisely Demonstrated ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in a positive environment where your skills make a real difference.
