Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items
- Help with meal preparation and presentation
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and dietary requirements
- Proficiency with knives and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation
