Job Description Every legend needs an origin story. Fabled Pizza & Provisions is a scratch kitchen in the heart of Blowing Rock, NC. We make hand-tossed pizza with dough from Brooklyn, along with sandwiches, soups, salads, and market provisions. Our menu reads like a quest log — Toriel, Mordor, Mos Eisley, Beetlejuice — and our kitchen runs like one too. Fast, focused, and a little legendary. We're busy, we're growing, and we need another set of hands on the line. What You'll Do Stretch dough, build pies, and work the deck oven Keep your station clean and stocked during service Work efficiently during high-volume rushes (Friday nights are no joke) Support the team with prep and line tasks as needed Clean at end of shift and maintain good hygiene What We're Looking For Reliable — you show up on time, every shift Hard-working — you don't wait to be told what needs doing Fast under pressure — the dinner rush doesn't wait for anyone Available Fridays and Saturdays (required) Full-time availability preferred (Tuesday-Saturday) Kitchen or pizza experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person What We Offer $16-$20/hour based on experience, plus tips — kitchen staff share in tips, which add an additional $1-$5/hour on average based on how busy it is, paid out weekly Consistent schedule with every Sunday and Monday off — a rare perk in this industry!
