Work efficiently with the kitchen team during peak service. Qualifications Previous pizza-making or professional kitchen experience preferred. Experience stretching dough by hand is strongly preferred. Familiarity with wood-fired or deck ovens is a plus. Strong attention to food quality and presentation.
