We're looking for someone who can move around the kitchen and contribute wherever needed: Grill Sauté Fry Prep Basic knife skills Cooking proteins to proper temperatures Keeping a clean, organized station Helping the team instead of standing around when your station is caught up Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. You don't have to know everything, but you do need some real kitchen experience, a good foundation, and a willingness to learn. More than anything, we want someone who is responsible, dependable, hardworking, and passionate about becoming a better cook. We work with local seafood, seasonal produce, quality meats, and scratch-made food. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skills and learn multiple stations.
