We are looking for someone looking to make an impact on our fast paced and growing team. This is not your typical local restaurant. We are constantly evolving and you would help us work towards new heights of success! We're looking for a friendly and energetic demeanor, a strong desire to learn and a responsible work ethic. This is a job tailored for a person who is a quick learner with a true desire to work. Interested parties must be able to pay close attention to detail and be responsible in fulfilling work-related duties. Restaurant generally open 6 days a week, with operating hours no later than 8pm, and no earlier than 8am. We have a line with many ingredients and some pre-cooked items, and valuable candidates are those who can recognize and report what's low, missing, and perform necessary duties to replenish, including prep. We award all employees with PTO after 1 year with the company, along with PTO rewards for attendance attainable since day 1, a flexible schedule, employee discounts on meals and merch, among others. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. being able to communicate or at least understand Spanish is important, given the nature of the cuisine.
