Tuesday through Sunday (Closed on Mondays) About Us Paik's Noodle is a popular Korean-Chinese franchise known for serving authentic, high-volume comfort favorites like Jjamppong, Jajangmyeon, and Tangsuyuk. We are looking for an energetic and dependable Wok Cook to join our back-of-house kitchen crew.

Key Responsibilities Wok Station Operation:

Prepare signature dishes using commercial high-heat wok burners following standardized recipes, portion sizes, and cooking techniques.

Multi-Station Support:

Assist with food prep (vegetable/meat slicing and portioning) and operate deep fryers as needed.

Quality & Speed:

Maintain high food quality, consistent taste, and fast ticket times during busy lunch and dinner services.

Station Cleanliness & Food Safety:

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station throughout the shift; adhere strictly to food safety and temperature control standards.

Closing Duties:

Clean and break down wok stations, fryers, and cooking equipment at the end of the day. Requirements Prior wok, line cook, or commercial kitchen experience is preferred, but not required (willing to train the right candidate). Comfort working around high heat, open flames, commercial wok ranges, and deep fryers. Ability to multitask, stay focused, and maintain speed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
