Job Description Overview Performs a variety of medium to large batch culinary grilling, baking, deep frying, broiling, steaming and boiling. Follows established guidelines for timeliness, portion control, standardized recipes and diet restrictions. Ensures regulatory compliance for food safety sanitation, time and temperature control. Responsibilities Prepares patient, retail and catering meals as scheduled. Maintains regulatory logs for food safety compliance. Position may be scheduled to cover other positions as needed (cashier, server, dish washing, catering or trayline). Qualifications Previous cook experience in healthcare, education or hotels preferred ServSafe or similar certification preferred Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays, as scheduled
