What You'll Do Create simple, delicious food Prepare menu items according to established recipes that highlight our cheeses, charcuterie, and seasonal offerings. Keep it clean + safe Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a spotless, organized kitchen. Use and grow your knife skills Slice, prep, and portion ingredients with care and precision. Work as part of a small, supportive team Collaborate with staff to keep the kitchen running smoothly and maintain a warm, welcoming environment. Help manage inventory Monitor ingredient levels and communicate when supplies need to be restocked. Share what you learn Assist in training new team members on food handling, prep techniques, and our cheese‑forward approach to cooking.
