Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and production guidelines. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food production. Maintain proper food temperatures and quality standards. Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized. Properly store, label, and rotate food products. Follow portion control and presentation standards. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Collaborate with kitchen and food service team members. Perform additional duties based on facility and operational needs. Qualifications Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred. Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen procedures. Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform typical kitchen duties. Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends or holidays when required.
