Job Description
Line Cook Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards. This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently Preference will be given to an older lady who can prepare authentic Mexican cuisine, bringing both skill and cultural authenticity to our kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Cook a variety of Mexican dishes with precision and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station throughout shifts Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of shortages Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations Experience Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role, preferably with expertise in Mexican cuisine Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods relevant to Mexican dishes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Prior experience working in a home environment is preferredWe welcome candidates who are passionate about cooking and eager to contribute their skills to our team.
