Nana's Kitchen & Pizzeria We're hiring a Line Cook to join the kitchen team at Nana's Kitchen & Pizzeria. The line cook plays a key role in preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork throughout every shift. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Nana's recipes and standards Maintain quality, portioning, and presentation on every dish Work efficiently during busy service periods while staying organized Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and expeditors during service Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties as needed Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player with good communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but training provided What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Staff meals and discounts Growth opportunities in a supportive team
