Three Chimneys Inn is a causal dining restaurant located in Durham, NH. With the University of New Hampshire right up the street, our restaurant is visited by many transient guests, as well as being a favorite local eatery. position. We are open for dinner service Tuesday

• Saturday, 4:30p
• 8:30p. Saturdays are a must! Experience welcome, but not required
• a willingness to learn is all you need!

Responsibilities:

Support Chef and supervisor Learn all menu items produced by assigned station

• ensure station is set 15 minutes prior to service Watch food quality and food & personnel safety Forecasting adequate levels of prep production based on anticipated usage Defined plate execution/presentations and ensuring that they are uniform and consistent Monitor and maintaining cleanliness
• proper sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment Knows hotel and kitchen expectations and the proper guidelines Continued education of self

Qualifications:

Team Oriented, People Oriented Clear and effective communication between line and other departments Must be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Experience:

Kitchen Restaurant, 1 year (preferred)
