Chef Joe's Catering & Restaurant is looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team! We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and can keep up in a busy kitchen environment. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and Chef Joe's standards Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner Maintain proper food quality, portioning, and presentation Keep your station clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures Communicate effectively with the Chef and other kitchen staff Assist with prep, catering production, and special events as needed Properly store and label food and help minimize waste Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining quality What We're Looking For Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and dependable Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to multitask and stay organized Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays Why Work With Us?
