This is a hands-on position for someone who can take charge, work quickly, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Work the sauté, grill, fryer, and general cook station Make pizzas and handle the pizza station when needed Help prepare food and stock kitchen stations Maintain food quality and portion-control standards Keep the kitchen clean and organized Help open and prepare the kitchen for service Assist with inventory and incoming deliveries Cover different kitchen positions when employees are off

Requirements:

Pizzeria or Italian restaurant experience required Must have cooking and pizza-making experience Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working long shifts Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen Must keep a clean and organized station Must be willing to help wherever needed

Schedule:

Approximately 36-48 hours per week
