Job Description

Excelcare at Egg Harbor is seeking a reliable and passionate Dietary Cook to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will play an important part in enhancing our residents' daily lives by preparing nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, enjoys working as part of a team, and understands the importance of dietary needs and food safety in healthcare. Dietary Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary needs Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Ensure meals are served on time and at proper temperatures Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Collaborate with the Dietary Supervisor and team

Dietary Cook Qualifications:

Experience as a cook, preferably in healthcare or long-term care Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary restrictions Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ServSafe certification preferred Excelcare is an equal opportunity employer.
