We're a very small team so we are looking for the perfect fit who can work alongside the owners daily. Position We are seeking a passionate and skilled egg cook to join our team at Scram Bakery. As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing our signature egg sandwiches for our customers. What you'll do Make beautiful eggs Prepare and assemble a variety of egg sandwiches according to our recipes and customer preferences Weigh and portion ingredients accurately; follow recipes and production sheets precisely Prepping and stocking efficiently for a timely opening Inventory control of all product and ingredients Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards; keep stations, equipment, and storage clean and organized Label, date, and rotate product using FIFO Assisting other team members as needed or when business needs dictate What we're looking for A valid ServSafeFood Handler Certificate is required for this role — must be held at time of hire or obtained before your first shift Some bakery, pastry, or professional kitchen experience preferred Genuine interest in good food — you take pride in doing it right Able to follow recipes and instructions precisely and repeat them consistently Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and time management, with a constant sense of urgency Reliable, punctual, and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
