Under the supervision of a Department of Food and Nutrition Services Supervisor or Manager, the Cook Helper completes tasks as outlined in the job flow for the daily position assigned.Qualifications:
Required:
Knowledge of food production, service and sanitation required Prior cooking experience in a healthcare facility. Position may require you to work every other weekend depending on the department's needs.Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent Culinary Degree or Certification. Serv Safe Certified Prior experience in food service preferred Knowledge of food production, service and sanitation requiredScheduling Requirements Shift:

Complete tasks as outlined in the job flow for daily position assigned Retrieve, prep and prepare items according to the daily production sheets and recipes.
