Responsibilities Have a strong desire to care, care about guest experience, care about the food you serve, care about your fellow teammates Deliver exceptional customer service by preparing breakfast & lunch items consistently and adhering to all recipe standards on time Have high expectations for food quality, efficiency and presentation in a fast paced environment Bring your own experience & initiative to create new dishes and elevate our food program Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines Tasks such as line setup, food preparation, cleanup and breakdown Wash, cut and prepare foods designated for cooking Manage inventory and replenishment, prep area, tools and equipment Ability to greet guests as needed & pitch in to help all functions as needed Assist with new partner training by offering encouragement and feedback Ability to perform physical requirements of the position (lift up to 50lbs) and use hands repetitively for pushing, pulling and fine manipulation Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in food service/hospitality Legally allowed to work in USA NJ or NY Food handler's license (preferred) but not required Must present well, can do attitude and thrive in fast-paced environment Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math and written communication skills Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred) Compensation Benefits $22
