We hire on attitude first — skills we can teach. Hot Birds is a fast-growing Nashville hot chicken concept in Montclair. We've seen too many kitchens burn cooks out and never invest in them — so we're building the opposite: real training, real pay, real advancement.

The job:

Run a station (fry, prep, or expo) during service Execute our hot chicken process to spec — breading, fry times, heat levels, sauce — the same, every ticket Keep your station stocked and clean to health-code standard through the shift Prep for the next shift so the person after you isn't scrambling Work fast during rush without losing your head You'll fit if you: Have any kitchen experience — line, prep, dish, or none at all, as long as you're coachable Show up on time, every time, no excuses Want to actually get better at this, not just collect a paycheck Can stand a full shift, lift 50 lbs, work comfortably near heat and fryers Can work full-time or part-time hours — let us know your availability when you apply We hire on attitude, not just resume.
