```Duties``` We are looking to rollout Flatbread or Pizza on Fridays through Sundays, 8am-4pm or later as needed; must be flexible on hours as production needs change. Weekends can have a later start as there's no office/school lunch crowd.

• Primary responsibilities are mixing dough and sauces, prepping ingredients
• Follow recipes and ensure that the quality and consistency of products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in pizza or flatbread production with strong understanding of dough mixing, proofing, and baking
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and storage techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic knife skills for food preparation
• Lift and move 50lbs
