Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and ingredient portioning with precision and safety in mind Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives with excellent knife skills Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings to enhance customer satisfaction Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality and presentation standards Support food service operations by serving customers when needed and managing catering or special event orders Experience Prior experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, restaurant server, or kitchen staff is highly desirable Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on pizza preparation or fine dining environments is preferred Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential Experience with meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices will set you up for success Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are important for efficient food prep Background in catering or large-scale food service can be an asset for managing high-volume orders A passion for creating delicious dishes combined with excellent serving skills will help you thrive in this role
