Assist in preparation and execution of banquet and event menus Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a professional kitchen or banquet setting preferred, but not required Willingness to learn, work hard, and be part of a team Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Dependable transportation to and from work
