Marriott Albuquerque is currently seeking a cook to join our team! We ensure a professional and friendly work environment. The hotel line cook is to provide our guests with excellent dining experience while preparing all orders in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner. Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures and standards. Prepare and cook food items for line using standardized food techniques. Expedite the line during serving periods as needed. Assist in the coordination of opening and closing as well as all line prep duties. Stock all food stations and prepare all for the next shift as required. Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment. Maintain sanitary regulations of food temperatures and rotating products. Complete regular sanitization/disinfection of all kitchen and food work areas to include flooring, storerooms, prep areas and equipment. Coordinates all receiving and storing of products. Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff.
