Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Grill Cook to prepare and cook menu items according to our high standards. The ideal candidate is experienced, efficient, and excited to work in a fast-paced Kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a historic Las Cruces institution.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items consistently and to specification on the grill Ensure proper portioning, garnishing, and presentation of dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Grill cook or similar role Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team player with a positive attitude Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Bilingual Preferred.
