Lead Cook

We are a fast-paced restaurant with a casual dining atmosphere, offering a blend of French flavors. Our menu features sandwiches as the core, complemented by daily specials inspired by traditional French cuisine. Additionally, we are known as a French pastry shop, showcasing over 40 kinds of pastries daily. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a love for the food industry and a strong eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Cook with precision on a flat-top grill, including preparing eggs to order. Use a manual scale accurately for portioning. Handle tasks requiring physical strength, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. Maintain attention to detail and consistency in all tasks. Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods. Manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay focused under pressure. Follow a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed..

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience cooking on a flat-top grill. Experience in high-volume kitchen Ability to execute daily special independently Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen. Culinary School Diplomat ,French or Italian Cuisine Back ground is preferred

Full-time, Part-time This is not a beginner position. Only apply if you have prior grill experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Paid trial period required. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
