We focus on quality, teamwork, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This position starts in the salad and cold station, preparing fresh salads, sandwiches, and plated items. Candidates who show strong skills and reliability will have the opportunity to train on the grill section (cooking eggs, meats, and fish) for higher pay and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare salads, sandwiches, and cold menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards Maintain quality, freshness, and presentation consistency Keep the prep and cold stations organized, clean, and well-stocked Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Support other kitchen staff during busy periods Communicate effectively with coworkers and maintain a positive team attitude

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen experience is required Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure Must be available to work weekends Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to at least one year of employment Team-oriented, with a good attitude and attention to detail

Part-time or full-time available (mornings and weekends required)
