$1,250 Hiring Bonus! In this position, you will get to assist in preparing and serving meals, support home-delivered meal services, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with a team and contributing to a program that supports seniors in the community.
What You Will Do:
Prepare and serve meals following program guidelines Assist with home-delivered meals Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety Monitor food storage and kitchen supplies Package and label leftover meals for delivery Assist with kitchen documentation and daily operations
Schedule & Pay:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 2:00
PM Starting Pay:
From $15.35 per hour
Requirements:
Speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with internal and external customers of Adelante. Read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, supervisors and co-workers.
• Interact effectively with a variety of individuals. Handle multiple tasks at one time. Work independently and follow precise instruction with a high degree of accuracy, and attention to details. Work under pressure and meet deadlines. Maintain harmonious, courteous, and considerate relationships, while fostering a collaborative teamwork environment with both agency employees and the public Present a friendly, courteous image for the Program to the general public, customers, and public officials.
