In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and assembling all of the food for the customers. This position requires some experience and we are willing to train. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, enjoys working in a team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail makes all the difference. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes following established recipes and presentation standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients using proper knife skills and slicing techniques. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, mixers, fryers, and food processors. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices to meet safety standards. Support meal preparation for various service types, including dine-in and take out. Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all food products are handled correctly and stored properly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while adhering to recipe guidelines and quality standards. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety standards and safe food handling practices. Proficiency in using kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Excellent knife skills with proper slicing techniques for efficient prep work. Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in meal preparation. Good communication skills for effective teamwork within the restaurant environment. Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 27.0 - 35.0 per week
