Pizza Maker / Pizzaiolo Mozzafiato Pizzeria — Full-time position available Mozzafiato Pizzeria is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. We pride ourselves on authentic technique, high-quality ingredients, and delivering exceptional pizzas in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. What You'll Do Hand-stretch dough and prepare artisanal pizzas to order using top-tier ingredients. Operate and manage commercial pizza ovens to ensure precise cook times and crust quality. Prepare fresh daily prep, including sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetable toppings. Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards. Work efficiently alongside the kitchen line during peak service rushes. What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience as a Pizza Maker or Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant. Strong knowledge of dough handling, stretching techniques, and oven management. Ability to stay calm, focused, and fast under pressure during lunch and dinner rushes. Reliable team player with great communication skills and a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
