We are currently seeking a skilled cooks who are interested in being a part of your team! If you have experience in specialty coffee shops, a passion for coffee, and a dedication to exceptional customer service, Twisted Sisters Coffee House could be the perfect fit for you. Our goal is to offer an authentic café experience, where customers can relax, enjoy a great coffee and a sandwich and truly savor the moment. We have positions available in our kitchen, serving soup and sandwiches and all sorts of light coffee shop fair.

Cooks General Responsibilities:

Prepare and plate menu items as specified in our recipes, working in coordination with other cooks Ensure that items are prepared in a timely manner, as directed by the kitchen manager Constantly taste food for balance and quality control Restock ingredients at station as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature controls.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience working in a kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Understanding of ingredients, equipment and cooking techniques Ability to follow directions with speed and accuracy. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations. Prep and Station Setup Prep and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Stock and set up station when working on the line Service Breakdown Wrap all remaining food and store appropriately Wipe down all surfaces and mop floors.
