Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Person who has a genuine affinity for dogs and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment Implement cleaning and sanitation protocols using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting, moving furniture or equipment safely, and outdoor work when required Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to preserve surface integrity Manage cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring proper storage and usage of janitorial equipment and cleaning detergents Interact professionally with clients or residents, communicating effectively about cleaning schedules or special requests while being attentive to the needs of dogs in the environment Requirements Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management with a focus on sanitation standards Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning equipment and detergents Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Outdoor work experience is preferred for tasks involving yard or exterior space maintenance Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes Comfortable working around dogs of various sizes; must be good with animals and able to handle pet-related situations calmly and responsibly Exceptional customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interaction and feedback Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the day Join us in creating clean, safe environments where pets are welcomed with care!
